Man sentenced to 50 years in prison for sealing wife’s priv@te parts with super glue.

James Kifo Muriuki, a Kenyan man, was reportedly found guilty of abusing his wife and using super glue to seal her genit@lia, and he was given a 50-year prison sentence.

The man, who committed the crime in May 2020, was given a 50-year prison sentence by a Chuka Magistrate last December 2022, according to chaosafrica.com.

In June 2020, Muriuki was charged with sexual assault, attempted murder, committing an unnatural offense, and acting indecently toward his wife. He entered a not guilty plea to all of the charges.

Muriuki was found guilty of sexually abusing his wife and causing great bodily harm to her on Saturday, December 23, 2022, according to Principal Magistrate Njoki Kahara of the Chuka Law Courts.

Muriuki was said to have confronted his wife when he returned to Tharaka Nithi after spending some time working in Nairobi.

He had told her to get down to her underwe@r and list every man she had slept with while he was away.

After beating her, he used a knife to force a concoction of salt, pepper, and super glue into her genit@lia.

He reportedly closed her mouth and ears before leaving her for dead.

A few days later, Muriuki was detained for the offense and was being held on remand at Embu GK Prison while he awaited punishment.
