Kevin Hart presents Chris Rock with a GOAT named Will Smith live on stage during their comedy, four months after Oscar’s slap.
During their most recent comedy event, Chris Rock received a funny live gift from Kevin Hart: a goat named Will Smith.
The goat’s moniker alludes to Chris’ Oscars confrontation with the King Richard star, and the actor, 43, gave it to the comic, 57, during their Rock Hart: Only Headliners Allowed performance at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
When Chris made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith’s shaved head during the March Oscars ceremony, Will, 53, famously stormed on stage and smacked him across the face. The incident shocked viewers all over the world.
However, Kevin, who is close friends with both celebrities, made light of the circumstance on Saturday when he unexpectedly presented Chris with the goat, much to the audience’s enjoyment.
In a clip shared with TikTok, Kevin is seen holding the goat by a lead as he remarked: ‘What the f**k did you just say?’
Dave Chappelle, 48, who joined the guys during the show, then said: ‘Don’t act like I’m crazy, you brought the goat here. This n***** [the goat] is confused with the f**k is happening. What are you gonna name this goat Chris?’
Kevin then interrupts abruptly to announce: “The name is Will Smith.”
On Monday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Kevin gave an explanation of why he gave his friend the unique gift.
He explained to Jimmy, 47: ‘Chris is a mentor, friend, inspiration. He’s a large part of the reason that I am where I am today in my career.
‘Just from his advice, his insight, etc. He’s my G.O.A.T [greatest of all time], he’s my guy. And I wanted him to feel that.’
However, the Central Intelligence star’s kind gesture backfired when the goat left Chris a gift of its own.
Kevin continued: ‘In my mind, I thought the goats gonna come out and do a tight 2 minutes.
‘Instead, he s**t on Chris’s shoes. He destroyed Chris’s shoes. Chris had on some white moon boots, and the goat got him.’
The DC League of Super-Pets actor said his friend still feels “remorse” for slapping Chris Rock on stage over a joke the comic made about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, but is ready to “move forward” and not linger on the incident.
‘Will is apologetic, you know, he’s in a better space, of course, than what he was after,’ Kevin told Entertainment Tonight.

According to rumors, Smith traveled to India for spiritual therapy after the incident and hasn’t been seen much since.
Rock, who has been making headlines this week for his new ‘relationship’ with actress Lake Bell, may or may not be in touch with him.
