Makho Ndlovu, a South African TV personality, discusses how she was laid off from her corporate position in 2012 and how it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
The celebrity claimed that the tense scenario prompted her to pursue a career in television because it was something she was passionate about.
Makho is ecstatic to have lost her work and to have a new beginning.
“I’ll never forget the day I got laid off from my corporate job. It was sometime in 2012 and instead of looking at it as a burden, I took it as a blessing! How many people get to start over? And get a real chance to follow their passion? So glad I listened to that voice that told me that my dreams weren’t too big. That I could be on TV and really follow what I knew was my God-given path. Let this be your reminder that magic can happen with hard work & hustle! Life is too short to do otherwise,” she wrote.
