Nadia Nakai gives up on love. Nadia Nakai, a South African female rapper, is making a difficult choice that could have long-term effects on her love life in the wake of losing her lover Kiernan “AKA” Forbes to the cold hands of death in February of this year.

The artist, who is currently in grief for her deceased boyfriend, recently admitted on Twitter that she has never had luck in finding true love.

Due to her poor luck with men, BRAGGA, as she is affectionately known, declared on Twitter that she will never date again.

“I’ve been so unlucky with love. I’m never doing it again,” the rapper tweeted obviously considering losing AKA with whom she enjoyed so many beautiful moments before his unfortunate demise.

They both openly professed their love for one another, embodying the idea that “love lives here.” AKA was shot and killed in Durban on February 10, 2023, putting a stop to all of their beautiful smiles and love for one another.

Nadia Nakai has been gradually coming to terms with the loss of a loved one since AKA’s unexpected death. In order to save her the suffering she is currently through, Bragga expressed sorrow for dating AKA.

“Sometimes I wish I never experienced your love. I wish that you were just an acquaintance and I could say Oh Supa Mega passed away, what a loss for the game. If I didn’t love you, maybe it would be easier to continue my life without you.

“Now, because I had been loved by you, it’s just so hard. I have this hole in my heart that won’t let up.

Revealing more about how she feels and what life was like before meeting AKA, Nadia said:

“The world just doesn’t feel the same. I try to hold onto to my memories of when I was happy before you, maybe if I remember how it was before, I could be like that again. But everything doesn’t feel real.

“I don’t know if seeing you everyday on social media is better or worse, I don’t know if reading our messages is healing or not.

“I know I need to get out of my house soon, and I know the people that continue to hold me down, will be there for me, thank you, But I just feel like I’ll never be ready.

“What is my life going to look like now? time heals all, but time really takes its time, and I don’t know when I’ll ever be fine.” Nadia detailed.

Authorities have told the public that they are still looking into Kiernan’s death and that they intend to solve the mystery surrounding the rapper’s violent gunshot and subsequent demise in Durban.
