However, it appears that Thahane had to go back to reprise her role as Wendy Gumede because of Blood & Water’s fourth season’s filming schedule. As reported:

Lorch was the only person who shared her joy at her return to work. This happened after Natasha posted a moving message on her Instagram stories that her baby’s father had sent.
Natasha shared the heartfelt note Lorch sent to her, congratulating her on returning to work, and she also shared the moniker she’d saved for her typical husband: “Daddy Ka Boyza.”
In response to her Instagram story, Natasha also posted a loving tribute to her husband and everyone else who has made it possible for her to return to work without worrying about her child’s safety on her Instagram grid.
