Rough Diamond denies ever scamming Nonku Williams

Rough Diamond denies ever scamming Nonku Williams. Nonku Williams, a reality TV personality and businesswoman, was madly in love with Rough Diamond, an ex-convict and successful entrepreneur. After he gave her a car, she introduced him to her kids, and nothing—not even his criminal past—was going to stand in the way of their love. They even got married after a brief relationship. However, their romance did not last, leaving Nonku distraught.

Nonku broke down during The Real Housewives of Durban reunion, declaring that her relationship with the self-described “hustler” was finished and that she was not ready to discuss the reasons for the breakup. Nonku added that she had filed a police report against her ex-boyfriend and that the issue was still ongoing.

“It’s a legal matter, so at this point, I cannot say anything,’ Nonku shared at the time.

Rough Diamond went live on his social media to clarify his split from Nonku, claiming that he never once conned her.

“There is no case that was opened. I have never scammed Nonku. I never even took a single cent from her. Instead, I was the one who gave her money,’ he says. “We were in love. I have never disappointed her, she never disappointed me and she knows that. I was providing for her as a man. People who work for Nonku can tell you that when she had payment delays at the site with her employees, I paid for that. I was providing for her as a man. People are calling me names, I don’t care. People fall in love and then break up! it happens.’

Nonku broke off her engagement to Rough Diamond two months after he proposed, according to prior reports. He allegedly conned her out of thousands of Rands when they started working together in business.

“They had a tender deal they worked on together. When the deal was through, Dumisani took all the money and built a house in his village leaving Nonku high and dry,’ the source said.
