SK Khoza hospitalized in England after an alleged assault by his fiance. Controversial South African actor Stembiso “SK” Khoza has reportedly been admitted to a British hospital after allegedly being assaulted by his fiancee. The former “Queen” actor hasn’t been active on social media in recent months, first coming to the fore when he made a bombshell statement about the attack.

A now-deleted live video from his hospital bed shows a swollen lip, a bruise on her neck, a cut on her arm and ear, and a white bandage wrapped around her arm and middle finger. He said he wanted his mother by his side when he was attacked, to show his fiance not to touch his son.
“I just wish my mama was around. If my mom was here right now, she’d be dragging that girl; she’d be saying, ‘Don’t take her, officers; I’ll handle her’,” ‘In the 16-minute video, SK went on to say: My fiancée almost killed me. I’d like to say to the women who physically abuse men out there, I’m not keeping quiet. Choice Kate Mathebula beat me, I have injuries all over my body right now.”
Khoza also claimed he had never touched a woman, despite being accused of abuse by his ex-fiancé Ayanda Ronwane in 2021.
“I’ve never touched a woman in my life and, if that was the case, I’m pretty sure that when I was going to court for my ex-fiancée, there would have been a lot of other women who would have come forward and said, ‘Yeah, he’s hit me before. I’ve never hit a woman in my life; I never will.”
The actor also wants his fiancé to be arrested and pay for what she did to him. While South Africans are still confused about what happened, SK hinted that there is evidence that her fiancee has bipolar disorder and was a victim of abuse.
“I just want to set an example because men are always scared to run to the police when we’re being abused. It’s easy for people to say ‘My husband hits me, my boyfriend hits me, but, as men, we never go and open a case against women who hit us and I’m just tired,” he added.
It remains unclear whether he moved to England permanently or was simply visiting his fiancée. Coza and Matebra were not immediately available for comment.
